The most common pattern in these countries is their grain, probably rice, is the highest. India and China have little fat and sugar while Brazil is second to U.S.
This means there are higher chances of people being obese in U.S. and Brazil than India and China. India barely has meat not because they don't have animals, it probably has to do with their beliefs (probably).

India has fresh food and it is only 40 dollars while Americans have a lot of processed foods for over 200 dollars. this might be the cause of high obesity rates in the US.

places like America, Australia, and lots of Eurocentric countries had the more processed foods. I fell like the impact is just poor health. for example our problem here in the states is obesity. it could also lead to dental issues stuff like that.

the family in Mali spends $26.39 a week whereas the family in Norway spends $731.71 a week. that shows the wealth gap between the countries however they both seem to get a lot for a money. they definitely get more than what I see some people in the states get with that money. overall I think that both of these counties show two extremes that are similar. in Mali it seems to be low income but they clearly get pounds of food. in Norway its obviously a richer country so the family makes more but they still filled two pretty big tables with food.

in Vietnam the most consumed product is grains and that has to do with the extensive rice farms they have therefore rice is way more accessible than meat and fresh produce that are very expensive and hard to find in the low income country. in the US we consume more sugar and fat as well as meat because we have a huge meat industry as well as tons of over processed foods. in North Korea their whole intake is pretty much grains because their government went through lots of economic mismanagement which lead to the fact they cant afford much food there. they also have extensive droughts so overall grain is a lot more manageable to grow and source because it is cheaper. overall this shows how greatly countries diets are affected by wealth, geography, and accessibility. but sometimes a countries health is lower quality in a place with more money such as the US. or it could lead to malnourishment if a country doesn't have as much money.
