         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>INGREDIENTS:</mark></strong><br>Quarter cup of toasted Pine nuts<br>1-2 cups of basil<br>Quarter of a cup of Olive oil<br>Clove Garlic<br>Half a cup Parmesan cheese<br>Salt and pepper to taste<br>500g Linguine Pasta<br>6 thin slices of prosciutto<br><strong><mark>EQUIPMENT:</mark></strong><br>Blender<br>Colander<br>Table spoon<br>Measuring cup<br>Grater <br>Tongs<br>Frying pan<br>Sauce pan<br>Plate for presontation<br><mark>METHOD:<br></mark>Begin by putting all basil in blender along with toasted pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.<br>Blend all together and add salt and pepper.<br>Next pan fry your prosciutto till crispy, and then place aside to drain excess oil.<br>Place linguine in a saucepan full of boiling hot water, cook until Al dente. <br>Empty contents of the saucepan into the colander, ensuring to keep a bit of water to retain flavor and moisture.<br>Quickly return pasta to the saucepan, and add pesto. Begin coating the pasta with tongs  until fully coated<br>Next place on presentation plate, and crumble prosciutto over the pasta, and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top<br>Enjoy!!!</div>]]></description>
