3. Using an APA template, I learned how to structure my essay to fit the APA format. 1. I restructured my reform to offer more teacher training programs and offering leniency with licensure as a solution to help solve the issue of teaching out of license.
2. After restructuring my reform I was able to better complete my section 1 paper and this allowed me to reorganize my thoughts for my section 2 paper in a way that everything flows together in a way that makes sense not only to me but also the reader. After submitting it I got edits from Dr.Harris and was able to start structuring my section 3 and conclusion.
