         <description><![CDATA[<div>The United States had put a disastrous tariff on sugar which led to the U.S annexing Hawaii through the Newlands Resolution. Hawaii had  been a U.S territory since 1898 and the U.S decided to hold a vote and ninety-three percent of voters voted yes to Hawaii becoming an official state. In the year 1980 Hawaii became the home of the NFL Pro Bowl and was it for twenty-six years until it was moved to Orlando in 2017.</div>]]></description>
