This is my first day doing SIEP  in a developing and advanced company, Kelstationery in a Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Kelstationery is my own father's  company. This company provides stationery supplies to the government and private departments in wholesale or retail. I have introduced to my father to check the stock of the goods. For example, I have checked the malaysia and kelantan flag that are received from Emas Sigma Sdn. Bhd. company. During my checking, I have found that 6"x12" Malaysia 15 State Flag Line are not enough one pieces. So, I have to report to the manager for further action.

Today is my second days of doing my SIEP. I was assigned as an account assistant. I have to close the sales account after office hour. First, I have to close the general ledger account of the cash and cheque. At the same time, ensures that all the checks are registered in the statement after the customers made the payment. Lastly, I have to count whether the daily money tally or not with the daily sales ledger account. Day 3
The third day of my work here which is Saturday, usually the goods that are ordered will arrive. So, the goods inspection process is implemented to ensure that every goods received meets the specified specifications and determining actual quality and quantity according to ordered. After that, I will record the stock because all types of stores should record the stocks received using a pre-defined card for the purpose of knowing stock and controlling levels. Lastly, I will report the stock that has been recorded to the stock manager.

Usually when there are many customers especially during Sunday and Tuesday, I will worked as a client server. I will received the ordered from the customers and provides the stationery items according to the directives and a manner to obtain maximum guest satisfaction. At the same time, I will collect the items from the store if the customers ordered them in large quantity. If the items are out of the stocked, I have reported it to the store staff for further action.

Today I started working as usual checking the debt statement to be reported to the accountant. Sometimes, I have to compile and make a company's budget expenditure periodically (monthly or annual). Every time during my semester break, I have to check and update the debt statement so, the expenditure can be budget clearly. In the evening, I will closed the general ledger account to know that the total sales today. Usually, the total sales can achieve RM20,000 and above especially when there are large number of van sales. Today I received purchase order from department, Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Pasir Mas(PPDPM) that ordered 200 pieces of 3x6 cm Malaysia Flag during this comming national day. First, I have to check whether this flags have stocked or not. Then, I will collect and count  the flag according to the quantity that has been ordered. After that, my partner and I will arrange this flags in the box for delivery process. Today I have to wrap stationery items like sliding bar as many as 100 dozen that has been ordered by primary schools in Kuala Terengganu area. I received the instruction to pack the sliding bar in mix colour per dozen. After packaging, I have to wrap the sliding bar in the box and labelled the details include company receiver's address, telephone number and quantity outside the box. In the same time, this goods are checked by quality control person before delivery process are implemented. Lastly, the goods that are in good condition can be delivered to the customers

Starting my SIEP as usual, besides taking the purchase order from the customers, I have to arranged new items that are imported from China or shipped in Peniscular Malaysia. For example, after checking the pen marker from Faster or Jin Shun Lee Sdn. Bhd. company, I have to arranged it on the rack according to their description to be easier for collecting process. Usually, when there are large amount of catons, arranging process have to be finished only three days from the delivery date. In the late months, my dad instructs me to close the monthly account to be reported to the account department for predict whether this month the company gain profit or loss. In the same time, I have to checked with the accountant whether the company has debt or not with others company. If there is debt, the accountant has to make the payment by transferring the money or by releasing the checks. But if there is no debt, the accountant can predict the monthly account of the company. By this way, I can learn how to manage the company account wisely.

Today is my last day of doing my SIEP, I get the opportunity to meet the supplier from the China. Lots of knowledge I learn from them about business especially how to deal with the customers in great and good manner. Besides that, I also learn how the goods are imported from the Shanghai Port to the Port Klang, Malaysia.
