When would you have sex without a condom?

Choosing to having sexual activity without a condom is a big and risky decision, because the female partner can easily get pregnant or many other health factors. One of the main reasons why people might consider not using a condom is when they are in a long-term relationship, fully aware of the risks and responsibilities involved. Both partners are committed to having been tested for STIs, and the results are clear. Furthermore, both are comfortable with the decision and mutual consent is given. This decision reflects both people's values such as trust, safety and respect in the relationship.
