Sense-Making Activity #1 Help Stations - These stations could be great for students who struggle at cutting or creating their Oracle Bones in this lesson. Having many of these stations will make sure the ones who would fall behind do not fall behind.

Sense-Making Activity #2 Peer Partner This will be another way that students who fall behind will not. The class setup will be in groups how it is but each student will have a partner to help with ideas to create their own Oracle Bone.

Sense-Making Activity #1 Class Discussion: To help with student interest, the class could hold a discussion to see which each student has an interest in. Writing names on the board and their interest can show what each student will talk about in their Oracle Bone. Since the bones talk about their life this can help relate it to something their interest about rather than the teacher choosing their topic of choice.

Sense-Making Activity #2 Anchor Activites to Students' Interest: This lesson is designed to go towards students' interests. So making lessons that go towards their interest will help shape lasting memories. These lessons will make a student remember what the core topic of the lesson is which is Oracle Bones. Having the students use their chromebooks to research more about something that interests them for their Oracle Bones will always be accepted.

Sense-Making Activity #1: Choice of working arrangements
Having students working in groups can help the students complete their work. Allowing the students to choose who they want to sit by to complete their Oracle Bones may be enough to push the students who work at a slow pace. The comfort of working around a friend could help the student with this type of lesson.

Sense-Making Activity #2: Interactive Journals
Journals could be a good alternative for students who struggle to talk in front of the class. The journal can be something the student turns in to the teacher expressing what the Oracle Bones mean. Also, with the approval of the student, the teacher could read what the journal said to the class therefore the student is not missing out of that aspect.
