In a small village nestled between peaceful mountains, lived a young man named Ahmed. Ahmed was known for his wisdom but often struggled with indecision, causing frustration among his family and friends. One day, the village announced a competition to solve an ancient riddle kept in the village library. The winner would receive a rare artifact said to bring great fortune. Excited, Ahmed decided to participate, but as always, his hesitation held him back. When Ahmed arrived at the library, he found two other contestants: Lana, who was clever but

impulsive, and Ali, who was ambitious but arrogant. The riddle was simple yet profound:

“What is the most powerful thing a person can possess?”

Lana quickly wrote down “intelligence” and submitted her answer. Ali confidently wrote “wealth,” certain he had won. Ahmed, however, sat in deep thought. After much reflection, he wrote “the ability to make the right decision” and submitted his answer just as the time ran out.

The judges reviewed the answers and declared Ahmed the winner. They explained, “Intelligence and wealth are valuable, but without the ability to decide how to use them, they mean nothing.”

Ahmed learned that his indecision had held him back for too long. From that day forward, he worked on being more decisive, realizing that making choices—right or wrong—was the key to growth.

Moral: The ability to make decisions is more powerful than any talent or resource.
