That way the virus is still alive, but VERY weak. My the test is going to be sponsored and directed by Francis and the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis. More than one million children participate. Many were as young as 6 years old. There are three groups. The control group, the group that was given all three vaccine types, and a group that was given a chemically inactive injection called a placebo.
