         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to experts depression can be caused by a complex interaction of social, psychological, and biological factors. There are a lot of people who suffer from this problem like people who had been through a bad experience, for instance, loss of a loved one or traumatic event like accident. Depression can cause a lot of negative impact on people. One of the impacts is feeling sad and empty. People who have depression often feel unhappy, empty and hopeless and all of these feelings come from the impact of depression. Another effect is having trouble with decisions. Having difficulties with making decisions can occur with people who have depression, as an example, some people decide to comet suicide and end their lives. Lastly, weigh fluctuations is also one of the negative impacts of depression. Being depressed can effect your weight and lead to overweighting or appetite loss. From my point of view, depression doesn't have any effects on the society. However, it has a lot of impacts on the individual, and sometimes the individual can effect the society.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My aunt is an individual who has faced the issue of depression. She has faced this issue because she developed a lot of stress once she lost her job in the UK and was forced to return to Kuwait. The problem of depression has affected her for more than five years, as it started in 2016. Moreover, she has been adversely affected by it as she has lost a lot of weight, and at times, she has violent outbursts which push her to destroy things in the house. Besides, she regularly has hallucinations and has also developed hypertension and heart complications.Furthermore, she has not managed to solve the issue, but she is receiving treatment and guidance for the issue. In addition, she regularly goes for visits to the psychologist and has therapy sessions three times a week. Also, she has started to exercise and interact with many people in society, and she has made a routine change in her life.</div>]]></description>

There are many solutions to treating the problem of depression and solving it in simple and easy ways. First, medication is the most common treatment for depression is the use of antidepressants. There are several types of antidepressants, and each type is appropriate for a specific situation. Secondly, getting a new routine, this solution is very effective. Some people who suffer from depression are keen to organize a daily schedule and for each day they do activities and learn different skills. Finally, eating healthy food because what a person eats affects his energy and vitality. For example, eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains helps to strengthen brain function, reduce depression, and improve mood. In conclusion, depression is a problem that we can solve with simple and effective solutions.</div>]]></description>

First, the reason for the effectiveness of this solution is that this treatment can be applied smoothly in Kuwait because in the State of Kuwait there are many activities, clubs, and recreational places that an individual can add to his daily routine list, which&nbsp; Help him improve his condition and get a new and useful routine.&nbsp; Secondly, we can implement this solution in many ways, such as opening clubs with different activities like horse riding, learning new languages, doing different sports, etc. Finally, When you advertise these clubs and entertainment venues on social media and place ads in the streets, you will attract and encourage patients to follow these solutions.&nbsp; In conclusion, this solution is effective and easy to implement in Kuwait for many reasons and in many ways.</div>]]></description>
