Innovation cannot exist if either of the two is missing. This innovation introduce an idea that bridges a problem and a solution. 

Regarding with the factors of innovation, an example of this is the health care situation from developing countries. The Formal Innovation, also known as the Big "I," and the Modest Innovation, also known as the Little "i." They are different because for formal innovation, some businesses find it difficult to thrive because the level of risk is much higher, while modest innovation is often seen in some private and public sectors because its level of risk is much lower.

And also, Formal Innovation can reach 10x transformation category, while the Modest Innovation can reach 10% of transformation category.
