Everything about me is special of course i would say, hahahaha. (This is a joke okay, dont hate me please)
 I really want to improve my english and communication skills so that i can blend in the public better. Let me share a short story. Last time, i had a technical problem with my flights so i called the airlines operator. But of course, i chose to talk to a malay operator. After talking to that operator, my problem is still not settle as the process takes time. So, after several hours i called the airlines back and unexpectedly, at that hours the operators is only talking in english. When the operator pick up the call and greets me, i was flabbergasted. She speaks so fast and it is in english. I do understand her but i cannot even reply her greetings. The next thing i know i was talking in malay and said that i made a mistake for choosing an english operator and apologised to her. I kind of feel bad for her because i couldn’t even reply her greetings properly. Hence, to prevent such scenario to reoccur, i hope i can improve my communication skills in this class! Bye guys!!!
