1. The major challenge is the limited space but the authors want to share all useful information to the audience.

2. Any helpful tools (other than PPT) that helps with visualization?

People just walk through. I was a reporter for a poster session. I had to listen to conversations between the presenter and audience, record anything important. Some presenters may not have many people coming to ask or even listen through whole presentation.
