Yes, because you don't have to stress out financially. You don't have to pay much to have a good education here. Half the price of the education here is paid by the government. With that being said, if you do well in your exams you can get a free scholarships from the government.

not really , tbh the system of education sucks , all we learn is doing something over and over again , i don't really see any of a "better" education system in our country , but in the good side yes , we do get good education but not as what i mention above

Yes, however I think a good education system is nothing if the student doesn't have a good attitude and personality. Student these days tend to be lazy and lacks motivation, which is why in my opinion primary school in Malaysia should start focusing on Emotional Intelligent rather than their grades so that Malaysia will have less "Toxic" work environment and happier future.
