         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Parents/Carers,<br><br>Happy New Year!&nbsp;<br><br>This term, the children will be continuing to develop their learning across the different curriculum areas so please continue to support your child at home. The children will be working very hard so that they are best prepared for the upcoming SATs tests in May.<br><br>Mrs O'Shea, Miss Allen and Mrs Gandu were very impressed with the children's attitude during the Autumn Term and are looking forward to seeing the children flourish in Spring.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The classrooms are open from 8.30 and the children are encouraged to come into the classrooms then to practise maths. Some children have tution groups and they need to be in school and ready to start at 8.30 promptly. The register is taken at 8.50. All children should enter the school through the loading bay at this time and be ready to be greeted by their class teachers. It is essential for your child to attend school everyday and to be in class on time.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p>The school office should be notified of all absences.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p>The school day finishes at 3.20 and children can be collected from the KS2 playground.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

In order for your child to participate in PE lessons, s/he must wear a clean PE kit which is clearly labelled. Appropriate trainers for outdoor PE is essential for Health and Safety reasons.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p>Children will be allowed to arrive to school in their PE kits and not need to bring their school uniform on these days.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
