         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>I think the role AI and Gen AI plays in Business is similar to law and other professions/disciplines.</strong></p><p><strong>AI /Gen AI is a tool – a powerful one, but like with any technology tool we need to understand its limitations as well as its benefits.</strong></p><p><strong>AI can perform routine and repetitive tasks well – like an assistant.</strong></p><p><strong>However, the output produced by Generative AI needs to always be reviewed and checked by humans. It needs to be verified. (ie: hallucinations)</strong></p><p><strong>Also, those who are interacting with AI/Gen AI need to be aware that they are interacting with this technology.</strong></p>]]></description>
