Situation: During my internship at [Company X], I was part of a cross-functional team responsible for launching a new product. The team included members from marketing, product development, and finance, each with different priorities and communication styles. As a result, key misunderstandings arose, particularly between the marketing team and the product development team, which was jeopardizing the project timeline and success.​
