It’s healing to hear about behaviors (stimming, audio, etc) that I was chided for as a child/college student that are actually coping strategies.

It’s helpful to think about how I could be empathetic toward students exhibiting those behaviors instead of crushing them like teachers tried to get me to stop doing them.

I'd like to try using live polling more often, incorporating the ideas you shared around allowing multiple ways to interact, helping students deal with anxiety and remain involved without worrying about what others think of their answers. Also a great way to gauge understanding/experience/emotional response to what we are doing
