https://padlet.com/AngelsVocalArt/About Founded to develop performance and career skills in talented young singers, Angels Vocal Art offers a professional-level experience to participants and a connection to the opera audience within the community. The organization accomplishes both of these goals through its offerings of summer intensives as well as master classes by prominent world-class artists. Opportunities are available for emerging professional singers as well as college-level voice students, although the program does also consider accomplished high school artists. Participants in the organization's Studio Artists Program complete five weeks of study in an intensive setting. Students receive leading roles in opera scenes, and supporting or ensemble roles in the summer's fully staged production, while Emerging Professional program students receive lead roles in the same production. All performances are performed with professional orchestra and conductor. Angels Vocal Art's Emerging Professional participants study for a total of three weeks. They focus on both performance skill development and career positioning, supported by a full tuition and housing waiver as well as a stipend.
