Currently only the level one toilet nearest to the canteen have a water hose and the level 2 one near the music room have tissue paper inside cubicle, the other toilets only have tissue paper outside of the toilet

Would it be possible if the school can add Water hose in the toilet bowls or toilet water inside the cubicles, later when i take tissue outside i might not be able to hold
