         <description><![CDATA[<p>A 504 plan is developed under section 504 of the rehabilitation act of 1973 for students with disabilities who do not qualify for an IEP but still require accommodations to access the general education curriculum. The purpose is to provide students with equal access to education by removing barriers and ensuring accommodations like extended time on test or physical activities. unlike IEP, it doesn’t require specialized instruction but focuses on accommodations in the classroom environment.</p>]]></description>

These devices generate speech in a variety of ways including digitized speech, synthesized speech, or software that allows a computer to generate speech.
