I would recommend this book. There are three reasons. First of all, there are a lot of pictures and simple words. It is easy to understand for me and also children. We can read it easily. Second, there are not only colorful pictures but also black and white pictures. I guess this means is to say “Goodnight” to things which is monochromatic. It is interesting for me. Finally is about the sentences. These sentences use the same phrasing, so we can learn how to say these phrases. The first two and the last illustrations are the viewpoints of the quiet old female rabbit, and others are the third-party perspectives, I thought. The reason for this is that the rabbit is not in the picture at first and appears in the middle. And, she disappears by the end. Almost texts end with nouns or noun phrases. In other words, they are not perfect sentences, so they are very simple.

I recommend this book to children. I have two reasons. The first is that children can learn a greeting before going to bed, “Good night.” The second is that they can learn the attitude of appreciating things they usually use. These things are significant in life, so this book teaches readers important things.
