Firstly / Secondly
When you are  making a series of points, you can use firstly and secondly for the first and second points. After that, you can use “The third point,” “The fourth point,” etc. or “In addition”, " Furthermore" , "Moreover"

Lastly / Finally
For your final point, you can begin the sentence with lastly or finally. These words show your reader that you are almost finished.

Summarizing Information

Here are some English phrases you can use to give a summary of the information you have already said or written. In general, these phrases go at the beginning of the sentence and are followed by a comma.

First of all, we are looking for a candidate that understand Qatari business, culture values and customers, but unfortunately David’s profile shows that he has no knowledge in Qatari busniess and he only worked in Egypt.

Secondly, Age we want a young and dynamic candidate for the job but look at David’s profile he is 56 year old.

Finally, we need to require someone who has a bachelors degree in marketing and has eight years of experience in GCC countries, but even though David has master degree in finance he only worked in Europe and Egypt. 

In short, looking again at David Wilson’s profile he is not fit for the job and I don’t recommend him at all.

To summrize, Mr. wilson has good qualifications as i explained which make him a strong candidate.
