Taking care of yourself is good, but it's not always enough for big problems.

People Need Help from Doctors: This trend might make people not go to doctors or therapists when they really need help, and that’s very important.

Buying Things Isn’t Always Necessary: The trend often makes people feel like they need to buy things to feel better, but these things might not actually help.

We Need to Help Each Other: Focusing too much on taking care of yourself can make people forget to help each other and work together to solve problems with feelings.
