It would have been nice to have a user friendly link to the continuums for writing. Now I have to dig for them. 

The literacy coaches are not being taught the same information in their coaches meetings. It should be expected that Title One uses the same powerpoint/information principals are given during Elementary Learning. I should not be spending time, giving this info to my lit coach, this is a waste of the lit coaches  time & my time, when the same info is not presented. It was obvious that Jennifer did not spend time looking at the power point. The two questions were asked by principals, were linked into the powerpoint. Had she created the ppt or spent time reviewing it, would have known that instead of stating that it was in the writing resources on Canvas.

Matt gives us practical ideas on how to bring it back to our teachers, in a short manageable way! Thanks Matt!

I especially like the learning sessions that are led by our teammates. His presentations are well thought out and presented. He "gets" the principal perspective and is able to create quality tools for principals to use with staff. Because of his efforts, I'm more confident in presenting information and having meaningful, reflective conversations with staff.  

Breakouts were once again timely and good.
