Aghnum "second week"
Schools can be filled with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, and even fatigue - but there is often no formal policy for students who need to prioritize their well-being. Hailey Hardcastle explains why schools should offer days of mental health and give students time to practice emotional hygiene without stigma. it really helps students become emotionally healthier, makes them think more positively, and is passionate about learning in school. I highly recommend this activity for Indonesian schools to immediately implement this in every school and it certainly has a great effect for students to develop better.

Aghnum Kholidaziah Another
famous thing about Bangkok is the motorcycle taxis, it's quite scary but it's probably the fastest and most cost-effective way to get around Bangkok. They know the streets very well and get the fastest routes to your destination. For womens, they don't sit with both legs on - with one leg on each side of the motorcycle.
Bangkok has really long streets, it's kind of like the roots of a tree, like the roads will just go forever but then the motorcycle taxis still takes the people to their home. So it's also can make you very easy to get around this city.

this audio about Bangkok is famous for its street stall food. It seems like they're trying to take the model that's similar to the hawker centers in Singapore. There are pockets of areas in Bangkok where you can still get amazing street food on the street. It's easier for tourists. they suggest don't be afraid to try street food because not everything is dirty. when people think that, "Oh, the street food is dirty," you can see the kitchen. You literally are sitting next to the cook in the kitchen. You can see everything they're doing right in front of you. Whereas in a restaurant, you have no idea what goes on in the kitchen. Street food in Bangkok is quite cheap and tasty. so it is one of the attractions of tourists from outside the country and native people of Bangkok to love Bangkok.

Successful listening can also be looked at in terms of the strategies the listener uses when listening. Does the learner focus mainly on the content of a text, or does he or she also consider how to listen? A focus on how to listen raises the issue of listening strategies. Strategies can be thought of as the ways in which a learner approaches and manages a task, and listeners can be taught effective ways of approaching and managing their listening. These activities seek to involve listeners actively in the process of listening.
Reasons for difficulty in listening
1. Lack of concentration in listening to many people assume that listening is already a priority or failure to focus.
2. Lack of understanding of English accent.
3. Interpret words. A word will have a different meaning if it is coupled with certain words
Example:
See: visible
Look down: patronizing
Watch out: watch out
Search: check.
4. Cannot distinguish words and sounds.
Like - lake
Wait - white
Bad bed
Stupid - full
5. Less stamina or tired. When the body is tired, what is playing in listening will not be captured optimally.

Listening strategies that I use
1. Predict
Make guesses about what you may learn as you listen. Guessing helps your brain focus on the assignment. It doesn’t matter if your guesses are right or wrong. For instance, if the topic is a space mission to Mars, you might guess, “I bet it takes six months to get to Mars and it’s probably really cold. I don’t think people can survive on Mars.”

2. Connect
Help yourself better understand a listening assignment by thinking of things you already know about a topic. This helps your mind build connections between what you know and new information you will hear. Say to yourself things like, “This lecture about animal communication makes me think about how my dog lets me know that he needs to go outside. He runs to get a sock and brings it to me.”

3. Re-listen/Find a Fix
When you get bored or when ideas are hard, you need to find a way to get back on track. The best way to fix things is to re-listen. You don’t have to wait until the end to re-listen. Sometimes a quick backtracking and re-listening to a line or two can quickly clear up confusion. This is especially important at the beginning of an audio assignment. If you can’t re-listen, shift to a different listening strategy that helps you regain your focus. For instance, if you’ve been taking notes, and you’re becoming confused, figure out what is causing the confusion. Do you need to look up the meaning of some words, can you write down your questions, or should you try to summarize what you have understood so far?
