Ola bla bla

You probably think that internet is a very safe place where you can communicate with other people, play games or record some videos. But have you ever thought about your children? Are they safe? Here are some tips for you and your children to keep safe online.

First don’t ever give out your password to your internet profiles to strangers. You don’t know who’s on the other side of the screen. For example she may present herself as a beautiful girl and turn out to be a completely different person.

Second of all if something is wrong, if something troubles you ask someone to help you. Talk about it with your parents or with another person close to you.

Thirdly don’t offend anyone. You may have serious problems if you do that. And if person on the other side of the screen is very sensitive he/she can even kill himself/herself.

Fourthly always use the current operating system, the current web browser and the current anti-virus program. If you are a parent install parental control on your child’s phone or computer.

Fifthly use hard to guess passwords as consisting of words and numbers, so that no one can log in to your account.

Finally remember to log out of your email or social network when you’re done using them.

If you follow this simple advice you and your children would be safe when using internet.

Wiktoria

Nowadays almost everyone has their own social media account or just use the internet. Dangerousness of that is intense and not everybody is aware of the risk. Especcialy parents are not mindful of the tension because
according to the latest research for example 59% of U.S teenagers have experienced Cyberbullying.

Of course the internet is useful, you are able to communicate with people, watch Tv series, films , play games or record videos but you may actually see the elephant because of that. (see or not see?)

First thing that might possibly happen is that your account can be stolen by some computer hackers. To avoid that create complex passwords. Creating strong, complicated unique passwords is the best way to keep your personal and financial information safe. If you reuse your password, a hacker can take the data from one attack and use it to your other accounts on another pages.

Secondly , your computer can possibly be hacked by downloaded programms or apps so make sure what you're downloading is safe. The main rule; Do not download apps and programms that look suspicious or come from a site you do not know.

Finally the most important-Cyberbullying. According to studies by McAfee 87% of teens have observed cyberbullying. Remember what you once share on Facebook, Instagram etc. will be in the internet forever and even if you cancel it , as proffesionals says does not remove any copies that opther people made. What you can do to prevent cyberbullying or help others when they suffer is engaging parents and youths. If anything is happening, just make sure your friends now about that they can easily help you ba calling the parents police, because cyberbullying might end painfully. Teenagers and also adults potentially will not stand it mentally. Self herrasment and suicide attempt are grave problems .
All in all using internet is practical. It helps but remember about the rules, just to prevent ???
All things considered it might possibly look like: Do not use the internet, it is dangerous. No you can do that, but be aware that some bad things might happen.

Ala N, Agata A
Resting on the beach can be fun and a form of relaxation. However, even while resting, safety should not be forgotten.

First of all, you should protect your skin from harmful UV rays. A cream with a filter is best for this. This way we will avoid sunburn. However, even if we are smeared with cream, you should not spend a lot of time in the sun, especially at midday.

Secondly, you should be aware of the dangers connected with air mattresses so popular amomg children. Most children cannot swim, and they can fall off the air mattress when playing because it is very unstable. Therefore, parents should be careful that their children do not go too far out to sea. A moment of inattention can lead to a tragedy.

There are not only natural dangers on public beaches. You should always check the sand where your plan lies. tread the sand carefully so as not to step on a piece of glass or something equally sharp. Once you step on them, you run the risk of getting infected.

You should also remember not to get into the water after sunbathing. The body is then very hot and sudden entry into the cold water can cause thermal shock. Before you enter the water, you should first splash yourself gently with sea water to adjust the body to the low water temperature.

Before you jump into the water you should always check if the water is deep enought to prevent hurting yourself

When you spend the time in the see you should also watch out for sharks, poisenous fish and also some od kinds of yellyfishess
Some species of yellyfishess will not harm you but some od them may be deadly.

Finally, before you go to the beach look in the internet, at the fishes lving on the sea you planning on go to know which kind to avoid.

As we can see, even while relaxing on the beach, which is supposed to be a nice time for us, something may happen that may endanger our health and even life. For this not to happen, there are only a few things to remember and we can easily avoid the danger
Have Fun!

Nowadays almost everyone has an acces to Internet at home or even at school. People use Internet, especially social media, everyday. Unfortunately, not everybody realises threats that posting on social media carries. Here are some tips that can protect you in the Internet.

Firstly, do not post sensitive personal data, such as your residential address , phone number or passwords to different accounts. It might be dangerous, because some people might take these informations and break into your house or break into your other social meda and steal even more sensitive personal data from there.
You should also never try to meet with someone, who you met on the Internet. People can impersonate as a different person than they in reality are. In the Internet it is not really hard to say you are someone, who you are not. You never know intentions of the others in the Internet, so when they propose to meet, refuse. They might be who they say they are and become freinds or try to hurt you. You never know. So make sure to not organise meetings with stranger from the Internet. REPETITIONS
Last but not least, make sure to have installed antyvirus to prevent yourself from hackers that want to hack account for instance on the social media or even the whole computer. Hackers are very skillful and can send you in email an infected file with a virus. Antivirus programmes can decrease the probability of this virus to work and keep you safe. Viruses can also steal your sensitive data or, in the most dangerous situations, damage an operating system in your computer and then you need to either buy a new one or give it to company, that will repair it for you. Antyviruses will not let it happen, therefore it is safe to have one.
To sum up, even though there are many threats in the Internet, if you follow these advices, you shold be safe from any danger.

Nowadays it's hard to find someone who doesn't use the internet, and doesn't have at least one online account. It's obviously not as colorful as it may seem. The question is how to keep safe online?
To create an account we have to pick the username and the password to make it our private, so it's only us who can log in. But in the internet, there's a lot of people, that may want to steal your account if there's something valuable. You need to keep your password to yourself! Never give it to anyone!
When you're using any of the social media, you know that creating an account is necessary. It's not about the password anymore, but still, it's just as important. But the thing is that on the social media you're always kind of sharing some information about you, of course if you're not aware of what may happen. There's lot of people using the social media apart from you. Remember that they may seem clear in bio, but you can enter anything you want there. Never share your address and never set up with someone you met online if you're not 100% sure, it's who you think it is.
As I mentioned, there's lots of people using media. You need to be aware, that there are many haters among them. Sometimes you don't even have a clue, how they can hurt you. Don't react on the hates you're receiving, always block people writing upsetting stuff about you, that's one of the ways you can get rid of them, but if they're still following and bullying you, and believe me that some of them don't give up quickly, report their account.
I know that it all may seem obvious, but not everyone is treating it seriously. Hope that you'll follow my advices, so that you can keep safe.

How to keep safe on a day at the beach ~elena Safety is really important. If you dont feel safe, you will be scared. Thankfully we can use some advices to have bigger safe level. When you want to go at the beach, remember about those few easy thinks, that may change your life. At the beginning I want to mention how important is to remember about sun protection, sunburns are not fun and they can cause you hard headaches or strokes. Don't forget to choose places where are lifeguards and do not go into the water, if there is a red flag, you can swim, but just when it is a white one. If you can not swim, don't go into the water! While surfing, make sure you choose a good day, with small waves and if that is your first time, go with the instructor. Always look at the weather, in case of some whirlwind or hurricane stay away from the beaches!!! Pleasure and fun is really important aspect in our life, but be carefull, because you never know when to expect the danger. As well as be prepared for that kind of trips. Your safety and confidence is the most important.
