I find that when you ignore the bully and don’t give them any kind of reaction they stop. If they don’t keep ignoring them and eventually they’ll get bored and stop bulling you.

You could tell a trusted adult or friend for help if you are cyberbullied. Especially if you need advice on how to deal with the situation if you don’t have a idea on what to do.

Learn from the moment when you were bullied. Remember what the bully did that showed that they were a bully, and recall on what you did to deal with it. That way you can prevent it from happening again or know how to prevent it from happening to others.

At first, it never felt really exciting, to talk to strangers, and to people I don’t know. But now, I feel more responsible and I can see who are good or bad. People sometimes faces bullying, and of course, we try to help, and now, they are stronger the more we synergize, the more we can beat those who are bullying us and turn them into good friends. I want us to live happily, we don’t want bullies in our life. We are good people, and good people think before they act. They know what’s wrong and what’s right. Bad people just act right away. Those bad people think the bad things as good, and the good things are bad. We must apply the 8 Habits to make DLSZ a safe place for everyone. DLSZ taught me what’s wrong and right. I understand when people are sorry, and if they really mean it they must do good actions for free and the great thing is when you feel so good and kind. When I make a mistake, I say sorry, I will never do it again. I understand how you feel for what I said, and I promise it will never happen. This school changed my life around to do more good than bad.

The reasons of cyber bullying is when the bully is feeling not in their right place or feeling sad, frustrated or any others.
They sometimes feel to cyber bully and sometimes they don’t even know when they are doing it.
For the bully’s out there, pls do not bully or try to do anything bad to the people around you

Ways to be an upstander:
Defend the victim and tell the bully to stop
Report the bully to a trusted adult
Distract the bully so the victim so they can run away, when you think they have gotten far enough leave the bully and check on the victim.
Comfort the victim.
