As a third-year student athlete, taking a Bachelor of Physical Education, I been using technology's power to enhance my learning and teaching experiences. Throughout my journey, I use various digital tools and platforms so that I can understand every physical education concepts and to create more engaging and effective learning materials. Technology is been part of my daily life, it becomes my partner on everything. especially when I track my diet habits and exercise routine.
