This story is about a boy named Jack and his grandpa who has dementia. Jack and his grandpa go on lots of adventures before he goes into a nursing home. Grandpa is stuck in the past and thinks it is 1940 during WW2 when he served as a RAF flight commander in England.
Review: I like this story because it is funny, and full of silly things. It is also a nice way to understand how people suffering from brain disorders think. I recommend this book.

There is a scary part when Amy brings candy to school and the teacher smacks her with a wooden ruler. There are other scary parts as well and parts that will take a place in your heart . One part, Beth steadily does all the work in the house, and one day, a neighbour’s child falls gravely sick, and when she visited her, the doctor said it was scarlet fever and the little child died in Beth’s arms. Beth then also fell extremely sick and jo and meg never leave her side. In the end Beth
gets better and they no longer worry. There is also another part like this when Jo and Amy have an argument , and Amy burns jo’s favorite notebook. Jo gets very mad and did not forgive Amy until one day , when jo goes skating and Amy tries to do it too, and falls into the ice cold water and nearly dies. Overall it is a great book.
Review: I like this book because it is a heartwarming story for the whole family with a lot of good parts. I also like it because it expresses each child’s life. It portrays Meg’s ups and downs when blossoming into a young adult as well as her encounter with love and marriage. It portrays Jo’s experiences with her friends and family, as well as her love of writing and reading . It shows amy’s Experiences with her family and friends and shows her learning new and valuable lessons every day. Lastly it shows Beth’s shy personality and her overcoming her weaknesses

Discription : I’m not finished with this book but I am very close to the end so I will explain what I already understand about the book. This book is about a boy named Tom who got hit in the head while playing cricket at his boarding school (he is not a sporty person). He suddenly ends up at “Lord Funt Hospital” and he is in the children’s ward with 4 other kids and 3 of the them who secretly are a part of the midnight gang. A group of kids at the hospital who each get to experience their dream at midnight when everyone in the hospital should be sleeping except for the cleaner dilly and the night nurses. Tom wants to be a part of this group but the original members want him to prove himself first. Will Tom become a member or not??? READ THE BOOK TO FIND OUT it is available in the school library.

Review: I give this book a 4.5 out of 5 because it’s a really good book but I haven’t read the hole book so maybe when I finish it it will be a 5 out of 5 for me!

This book is about an 11 year old boy named Nandu that is old enough to go on the “Royal tiger hunt” to find tigers with the royals but when they come close to finding a tiger..........a tragedy to the royal family happens.If you would like to know what happened READ THE BOOK! It can be found in the CIS library.

My Rating: I give this’s book a 4.4 out of 5 because I haven’t finished the whole book but it’s really good so far!

Review: I really recommend this book for people who like to swim, read fantasy stories such as mermaids, and I really enjoyed reading this book because it is very deep in detail.

Summary: there is a girl named Emily, she is in the 7th grade and she really wants to take swim classes, however her mother does not want Emily to get in the water, because she thinks that it was unhealthy since all those bodies mixing in the same water.. but eventually Emily’s Mother lets go and decides that her Daughter asking her Everyday, “PLEASEEEE!!!!” was to much to handle for her every single day.. when Emily takes her first swim class, she gets a applause from the coach saying that she is a natural!
