I am confident that I will still be living with my parents.But I will be saving up money to buy my own little house or apartment. I will be working and trying to get as many hours as I can while being in school as well.

As a cosmetologist I will be doing peoples hair. Dying and cutting peoples hair as they would like it to be. I will need to learn on how to make sure that I do exactly what the person is wanting. I can start this career at $14-$22 per hour with a high school diploma or GED.

To get my license I would need to complete a state approves program and pass a license exam. The rage for the cost of a license is to $5,000-$20,000.

I chose this pathway because I know I can make a decent amount of money while doing the thing I enjoy doing. I can make a comfortable living once I finish the schooling and achieve my goals. I can make people feel better about themselves and make their self esteem higher. I already have good communication with others so that wouldn’t be a problem when I start working on peoples hair for a long time.

The cot can vary though $5,000-$25,000. I will need to budget on the stuff I don’t need and stop going shopping when I don’t need the stuff. I will be saving up money by working and trying to get overtime. Working overtime will allow me to buy the supplies I need for the school.
