1: Herman died at age 13 which is young for bulls so this transgenic procedure could have caused this early age of  death
2: I could not find that many risks, although I can imagine that there are multiple more risks for the bull I could not find any specifics. 

Benefits: 
1: could potentially benefit mothers who cannot produce breast milk but want their children to have breast milk rather than formula
