There could be a clash that occurs too however, when people of the team have conflicting values or do not see eye to eye with the integrous leader.. Hopefully there would be a strength to the leader where they could have a magnetic quality that would get the followers to see what they see, and thus have their vision be carried out</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When there is a leader who exhibits confidence, the team under them can rest easy knowing that their leader is cognizant of whats at hand. There is a sense of wanting to be around that person, and having what they have. True confidence should be transparent in the way that it doesn’t pretend that there are some not-so-great traits as well. A confident leader knows how to get those jobs done by the right person, rather than doing them badly themselves.</div>]]></description>
