         <description><![CDATA[<div>I never realized how many options there were to motivating students. I remember doing some, if not all, of these throughout my educational career. Some I enjoyed and others I didn't care for. The options I picked out above are ones I liked and ones that have a lot of variety to be used in the classroom in different ways.I think as educators, it's about getting to know your students and figuring out what works for them, what their interests are, and ways to keep them motivated. Each student is going to be different and have different needs. It's about learning how to manage that with what you're supposed to be teaching and what they're supposed to be learning.</div>]]></description>
