Precious moment for me to begin a journey of mentoring, supporting a group of teacher researchers. As I want to improve myself as a teacher educator, mentor as well as teacher researcher, ARMS is very nice platform. Thanks to British Council for giving opportunity to understand Exploratory Action research.
 Both Nisar and I will certainly help our TRs to build their reflective practices, build their confidence, support them to try new ideas in their teacher research, encourage them to use digital platforms like twitter, padlet, blog, google doc, excel, google drive etc.
 Our first induction workshop was really productive and fruitful step towards success.
 Everybody talked a lot, participated actively, shared your own ideas, issues, interacted with each other, presented in front of us, used google link to know your 'Exploratory Action Research Competencies' level, filled feedback form, tweeted using #AARMS2019, showed your interest, spoke fluently and confidently and you all tried your best to understand key concepts of teacher research.
 It shows that our first induction workshop became successful.

I had the opportunity to attend AINET international conference at Nagpur in 2007. It was the first time I came to know about action research. Luckily on 2nd June 2019 I got call from Mr. Nisar sir. I was very happy and I filled the link for teacher researcher. On 29th June 2019 I got clear idea about arms project in zoom meeting conducted by Mr. Ashok and Mr.Nisar sir. I was very curious about first induction workshop. On 29 June we were called at Aurangabad for the first induction workshop. As we always say well begun is half done in this way in inauguration program we were welcome by both mentors and got guidance of Hod. Mr. Ujjwal Karwande sir and others state academic resource persons Mr.Raju sir ,Surendra sir,Pramod sir,Prakash sir, and Hon'ble Ranjeet sir. Our first session was started by gkty activity. . We asked question to our partner and introduced him with other teacher researcher our mentor gave us introduction of AARMS. We got exercise filling level of competencies. Actually it was new for us. We got idea about teacher research and academic research and ELT research. We got handout Terrisa's story and we game came to know how she did action research in her class.Then we came to know about why research? Types of research action research exploratory research exploratory action research. What are the proper steps for action research? Our second day was started with let's reflect. What I learned yesterday?, what challenges I faced?, what did well?, what do you want to know more? We all participants share there is reflections with each other. Our session started with teacher research. In research which abilities are important like ability to identify problem, Collection of data analysis of data, understanding data, exploring data informing and sharing. Components in research question of problems, data, analysing , evidences, interpretation of data. The most important thing why to explore ? and what is an exploratory action research. We went through the resource book. The value of exploring , and exploratory research Andrea's story. Our mentor explain us what to research, key stages in teacher research. And again the most important point why do reflective practice ? We got clear idea about exploring. This induction workshop was very helpful for us . We learnt new concepts new ideas and details about doing action research. We got opportunities to share our views with others. I was giving training as resource person of ASEP n Basic spoken English at RAA. Nisar air asked about me that r u interested to do research. I thought research oh!. But then I thought IG sir is asking them it will b definetly a golden opportunity fir my CPD.. 
On 2nd June I got a msg that pratibha b ready this year the ARMS project is going to be conducted. As I was following Nisar sir n Ashok sir on FB n also on twitter I came to know about their Hyderabad visit. 
So I filled the link for teacher research. 
On 20 June we met our Mentor n co mentors on zoom. Its was our first introduction meet. Then our mentors introduce us with ARMS n its objectives. The yearly timeline of this project. Next day mentors shared us TR PROFILE . 
Our first induction workshop was on 29/6/19-30/6/19 @RAA. We all 6 mentees n our Mentor face to face meeting. Short n sweet but boosting our confidence inaugural function was held we got valuable guidance from Karvande sir,Kumavat sir, Ranjeet sir n also from our SARPs. 
Our session started with GTKY with differ way where we asked few question to our friend n them we have to introduce him or her. Our mentor introduce us with what is reflection? Then one exploratory diagnosis teat was given to us based on 15 competencies with 4 level. Mentors explained is with difference between teacher research n academic research. Ashok sir clarify us the need of research by handing us Terrisa's story where she did a research on her managers order. A reflective practice is also needed to become a good teacher we came to know.

I am Dattatray Ugale.I am working as a primary teacher in Z.P.Primary school Pangari Budruk,Block-Sinnar,District-Nashik.It was a Pleasurous moment to me when Mr.Ashok sir joined me on ARMS what's app group.Before it I filled ARMS questionnaire on 25 th May and at that time I got some ideas about research and its process.But my actual journey started when Ashok sir called me and asked Would you like to work in ARMS project. Immediately, I replied positively.I attendent first zoom meeting with my mentors and co teachers.It was a really memorable moment to me because I attend it first time and performed very well in the meeting. According to my mentors suggetion I completed my teacher researcher profile and submitted it via mail.I was eagerly waiting for first induction workshop which will held in Aurangabad dated 29th and 39th June at RAA.                             First day Of Workshop.....
I reached at Aurangabad on time and I felt precious because all were waiting me for lunch.We all took delicious lunch and went to RAA, where all required things already managed by our mentors before time.
  Our mentors Mr.Ashok sir and Nissar sir hearty welcomed all of us.They gave surprised us by welcome kit in which teacher researcher handbook,a useful diary and pen included.We all felt glad.
  Later on we got an opportunity to listen great dignitaries from Maharashtra Dr.Ujjwal Karawande sir,Dr.Kumawat sir,Mr.Deshmukh sir alongwith SARPs in inauguration ceremony.They all greets us and praised our mentors for this initiative.Due to their valuable remarks we all got confident that we will do something different in upcoming year.
  After this our first session started enthusiastically. Mr.Ashok sir explained and informed about ARMS.In GTKY activity mentors made little twist that we have to collect information about colleague. It was really interesting experience. Then We got a Google form about exploratory action research competencies. And it was time to assessed yourself according to given criteria. All teachers submitted it.In Nissar sirs session we got  ideas about Research, Action research ,academic research,teacher research and how its varried from each one.Then Ashok.sir delivered a super sesiion about exploratory research and exploratory action research.At that time I got idea about EAR and its importance.
  At first we all got lot of new ideas,we got chance to interact with each other and share out views,ideas ,challenges and problems too,which we have been facing in our class.Our mentors answered all the rise and asked questions.It helps to clear doubts which were in our minds.At the end of first day all mentees had confident and boosted.
  After dinner Mr.Ashok sir explained me, how to use Twitter account effectively and give hands on demo of it and I  twitted first time.It was a memorable moment to me.
Second day of workshop....
Second day started with lot of enthusiasm and passion. In the beginning all mentees reflected on first day according to asked questions.Mr.Ashok sir started session with Quiz.In that rapid round mentees recalled all first day sessions and answered ques.In it mentor explained about how to identify problem,how to explore,collection of data,analysis of data,interpretation, MUSE and some other related topics.In EAR exploration is most important stage and for that mentors emphasised on it.We all brainstormed on Andrea's story and we solved related questionnaire. At the end of first day we saw a video for identifying classroom issues.After that video we worked in a grouo and did presentation amd answered some questions which really helps us in exploration.
   Eventually I got clear idea about EAR,importance of EAR in classroom. I became confident through this workshop.I interacted with my colleagues who belongs to different regions of Maharashtra.So It was a really great workshop in my career.

                  In first zoom 
meeting of AARMS 2019 ,I got little bit idea about action research but I was curious to know clearly and deeply about action research as decided by Nisar sir and Chavan sir we went  for first induction workshop at RAA .After taking lunch we were ready for first induction workshop .In inaugural function all dignitaries such as a honorable doctor Subhash Kamble sir ,Kumawat sir, karwande sir ,Deshmukh sir shared there views according to action research. That was really inspiring for all. Then We gave our introduction .After that we got welcome research kit (bag ,diary,   hand book and pen.) then we filled Google link  of 15 competencies according to our level .Then  we  introduce over colleague  in g .t .k. y activity by asking different questions. Afterwards Nisar sir started session using beautiful PPT Nisar sir explain what is research ?what is teacher research?  E.L.T ? academic research ,why do teacher research etc .we discussed the components of of research .
        we also came to know type of research .Nisar sir explained systematic stages of research .that time we also realised some names of of research book .Thus that was the the first day our induction workshop. 
              on second day of induction workshop started to reflect ourselves by different questions Such as a what did go well? what are my take away points ?and my challenges ?after that Chavan sir took nice activity in order to revive first day of workshop it's question and answer activity .so we had a great fun. He motivated hus to share our views on Twitter, Facebook and blog. To get more reflective practice we should write journal.Then nisar sir and Chavan sir focused on key stages of teacher research. If we have many problems, concerns then and MUSE. They explained every. Point by giving day to day examples of school. Afterwards we made Mind Map on why do reflective practice? At the last Nisar sir shown one video to identify problem and we had to present it in a pair by giving different questions. Nisar Sir an d Chavan sir lastly  focused on highlighted point of exclamatory research. I heartly thanks to Nisar sir and Chavan sir because I got reflective practice on various topic ,understood stages of explomatory research ,boosted confidence ,learnt to use Twitter, blog. This is sandip jadhav(facilitator,zpps gangapur Jahangir).I don't remember the date on which I received first call from NISAR SIR regarding ARMS2019.He informed me about basics and asked about my interest in such kind of research work.i consented in affirmative,since I knew one thing for sure is that if Nisar sir is doing something so it must be something worth doing.I came to know about ASHOK SIR'S INVOLVEMENT in the same research and my happiness had no bounds as he is the first person who elicited my opinion in first meeting of ASEP where I was putting forth my opinion on behalf of  Maharashtra teacher brethren.i hope it must be still alive in Ashok Sir's mind as in mine.
                  I called Nisar sir in between enquiring about development of project and he informed about their training in Hyderabad with super mentors.he said that he would inform me about timeline and further planning.i was relieved otherwise I was worried about the exclusion due to my negligence.
                 Finally I received whatsapp link where I was supposed to fill it except sharing because it was just made  for Researchers and specially with strict message about non sharing. I don't know why but It made me feel  special.i filled it and I was eagerly waiting for further details.
                 Zoom meeting was arranged by NISAR SIR and ASHOK SIR.since dawn I was so excited about zoom,i charged my mobile properly,checked my connectivity,tried zoom app and thought about possible threats and kept my charger,lappy handy,but as we know demons tried deceiving jesus in wilderness.i was also deceived by my cell
.Meeting commenced and what happened i don't know but the speed which was showing 140-180 kbps turned 0.2-0.4 and I couldn't join in the beginning.after 20 mins with grace of God i could join and interacted with mentors and mentee among few of them were strangers but within few minutes we became birds of same feathers and our journey as A EA RESEARCHER STarted...till now I was unaware about Novel concept of EAR😊
What happened in ZOOM all you know very well so....

The day on which I came in contact with EAR,must be auspicious day because it has changed my overall perspective.earlier being teacher for 10 years (self declared 'experienced') i was teaching and was happy with performance of few intrinsically motivated students.
               EAR made me restless. It made me to dig into the maximum level of achievement of students in my class.i  have started meticulously observing myself but as 'king feels the subject is always happy'. I used to feel  same about my class.                                     i know some of the problems,which i feel are  very difficult to deal with and some of the problems which can be solved by exploration.already i have found radicle differences in my teaching after Exploration.
Eg.  Earlier i was introducing sounds of letters along with their names and sticking with meaningful construction of words. It demotivated students as in english we have no strict relevance between spelling and pronunciation and several exceptions are there. 
How to develop reading of  three syllable words?
 I explored and found the best'step by step reading'developing manual for 3/4 graders.
I was not sure about the benefit of this manual,so i started reading other researches about developing reading among students and surprisingly found that in the beginning phase of english reading varied pronunciations are taken right as result of learnt sounds though they are wrong.    It reassured me and I started practicing and found positive  improvement in reading of students.i have not yet made any special pretest and taken action out of my Exploration.so few of questions are solved by mere exploration. 

I am enjoying the journey of exploration and application of  novel interventions.it improves the rate of achievement and gives me understanding of exactly what am I doing and at what extent is this comfortable for my students? I am empowered by POWER OF POAR.I am really enjoying this journey....I hope you also do....
