         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would rather go to 4 weeks. The students need more time to work on their goals.<br><br>Rather than 3 or 4 week cycles how about we just say 'aim for 2 meetings per quarter'. This adds flexibility.</div>]]></description>

This corresponds with our workshops where we looked at what was necessary for positive coaching. With the note-taking and progress tracking, there is too much of an emphasis on tracking, rather than just listening.</div>]]></description>
