I have dealt with leadership in many ways this term like in PE I am sometimes the captain of the group and always try to help my team. I also dealt with friendships and helping them to be friends again and so many other ways. I would show that I am caring, helpful and kind. I would want to develop in helping people in studies because I’m not really the best person to help in these things and there aren’t really any leadership opportunities that I would be inspired in

For reading I have gotten a 116 on my NGRT and my reading age is 15.10 years. I have also been reading many books at the moment such as the girl of ink and stars, Alice in wonderland and a Christmas carol. My favorite book that I have read was As Good as dead because it was a very fun book and it also had a lot of description. I also got 7 for each of the sections out of 9.

For math I wasn't very impressed as I would usually get M so I want to try to improve. This year I got better with metric units and my home learning is very well and I always finish my homework on time.

The components if the middle school awards I have done are reading, progress, future ready , open minded , truth seeking and performance. I read at home , in school and also I have completed many reading tests.

For progress last year I didn't study and didn't get many good grades but this year I'm studying everyday and I got better grades than last year. Also for future ready I want to be a dermatologist and I'm very interested in science and medicine and also I'm very good with practicals and dissections. For open minded I listen, learn, reflect, accept, adapt, grow. For performance I focus deeply, plan wisely, practice thoroughly, execute confidently, improve constantly. And lastly for truth seeking I ask question , seek evidence, embrace curiosity, analyze deeply, pursue clarity.

How the Middle School Award challenged me to develop different skills

The middle school awards helped me develop in many ways because before I wouldn't have any goals or anything to do but after finding about about them I set goals to achieve each one. They also develop skills for time management, teamwork, and perseverance.

I think that I did really well and my teacher said I have added everything that was asked but I think I could've looked more at the audience and used a bit more actions with my hands to show things.
