Participation Pledge (like a contract) that explains the dedication and professionalism required to work as a successful team, attending meetings required, setting aside time to meet w/ peers to collaborate and discuss matters necessary

Miss a meeting- required to read team notes and contact someone who attended to catch up on important happenings, decisions, and discussions.

Maybe change up order so we aren't writing so much over the winter break?

Proposal, elevator speech/research paper, then build prototype/app then once prototype/app complete go back to elevator speech/research paper to edit it for updates?

Payments for Teacher Stipends and Reimbursement of Supplies come from one vendor

Reimbursement for Hotel stays and will go through our school

Student Award monies come from another and will go through our school as well?
