We will be examples of trust and vulnerability.</li><li>We will respect our time collectively by being prepared and focused on our purpose and our outcomes.</li><li>We will work for what is best for students by considering the needs of teachers by allotting time for teachers to support each other, communicate, and create solutions to move forward. </li></ol><div>If we stray from the Norms, we will say “Pause” and take a moment to refocus.</div>]]></description>
