While it doesn't have a textbook definition I would define it as digging into an artists inventory to really connect with their music and find similarities in the message they are trying to relay. This is usually done by observing an artists song, then intriguing the listener to hear the rest if an album, and even go back and listen to previous albums. This can be used to determine an artists "legendary status". I feel like these quotes exemplify the concept of Endless Inventory because Lil Wayne explains how his music is seemingly effortless. He puts his heart and soul into his recordings just acting as himself, influencing people directly from his cultrure and outside his culture.
