It made me feel hopeful and very grateful to live in a place with so many people that care so deeply about women's rights, LGTBQ rights, racial justice, refugees, public education and climate change. I felt connected to everyone and empowered to RISE UP and use my voice to fight for what I believe in.  That march was so powerful. All of the signs were creative and some were even funny! It was a great experience, that I will never forget. And I am so glad that that many people came to support people's  rights, it made me feel good to be around all of those people who want equality for all people. I also loved all of the diverse people there, and all of the cool cat hats! I will remember most all of the amazing signs with great messages in them.
