There is an Charity event happening on the 1st of July 2019 at 7pm , where 200 people are attending Stockton Riverside college. There will be two live bands and catering. The budget for the project is £1500 and expected to bring in £5000 for the chosen charity if the event is a success. It will be £10 per head, that will be £2000 if the 200 tickets are sold. Food and drinks will be sold also and expecting to bring in £2500, £200 of that will go towards the catering.

-Alcohol and food will be sold on the premises.
-See if the building has a licence to serve alcohol.
-People made aware to food allergy's and some food may contain nuts.  
-Catering company will have a allocated place to set up their equipment close to power points and out of the way of the bands and main stage.    
-we will not have to pay the catering team as they have agreed to do it for charity, we just pay for the food and drink to be sold.
