At one point they ended up in front of the train and Teddy was on the tracks. Chris was the only one who grabbed him and took him off the tracks. A little later on they ended up talking while walking on the tracks and Gordie and Chris were talking. Then Gordie sits down and cries to Chris because he said that it should have been him who had died instead of his brother. Chris then tells him that he is going to be a great writer some day.
