My 3 ways to do that are:
1. Education Reform. Because I want to promote civil dialogue, schools must include conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and tolerance in their curricula. This is not currently universally mandated, and I would like to make it so.
2. Meetings: Local governments must hold Town Hall meetings where people peacefully discuss their opinions. This too is not currently universally mandated, and I would like to make it so.
3. Punishment for incorrect journalism: The news must be held accountable to tell the whole truth by giving all the facts, and not just half-truths. "A president needs intelligence and determination; but the good ones have compassion and the desire to serve ALL Americans, not just those who voted for them. Drayton Sherrer has all these qualities in abundance. I believe he can be "the uniter in chief"; I believe he has what it takes to bring us all together , not just for the good of our country, but for the good of our planet !! Drayton Sherrer has my support and my vote. I would humbly ask that all Americans join me in supporting him in his noble quest to reunite us for the common good!!"
