The horse had equipment consisting of jaws, which were strapped to the whole horse's head. Horse equipment from this tomb is very important because according to it we can place all the finds in the 6th century BC.
8. Research on the Holy Cross is still carried out today.
 The research is conducted by the Department of Archeology of the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb under the leadership of - Doctor of Archeology - PhD. Janje Mavrović Mokos, doc. A house from the 5th century BC was found. Kr. of large dimensions and incredible architectural skill. The house was wooden with larger and smaller properly spaced pillars. They also had a wooden floor, a large fireplace on which the remains of pots and bowls were found.
     Objects that we presume belonged to women were found near the hearth: a bronze bracelet, glass beads that were part of a necklace and ceramic vertebrae that were used to spin threads from which the fabric on the loom was later made.
Both larger and smaller iron knives and one needle were found. The tip of an iron spear and fragments of bronze fibulae were found in a room just below the hearth.

          Along with the remains of the riders and horses, the riders equipment and grave goods were found.
        The equipment was found and the fact the horse was buried next to the rider indicates that he was a rich warrior.
The warrior had a bronze helmet - the only such specimen found in the world, so * according to the place of the find, it was named the helmet of the Holy Cross-type.

The founder was Prince Lazar, who was killed in the battle of Kosovo in 1389 when Ottoman empire invaded Serbia. Kruševac was not the capital for long time, after the battle Prince Lazar's son, Despot Stefan Lazarević, moved the capital to Belgrade.
