Hello and welcome to my Padlet, in this document I will be describing what the life of an actor is and the steps they must take to ensure that they are successful. Each column will break down things that each actor will have to follow. However due to my current research I have come to the conclusion that each actor takes a different path to another actor, although their steps may be similar but how they have to achieve the steps are completely different

Diet

You would think that an Actors/Actress would need a "special diet" well you're wrong. In fact they just need a 'Balanced Diet' to ensure that they're healthy and able to stay fit so that they are able to do many physical activities.

For example a typical 'balanced diet' should contain things like starchy foods. This is because starchy foods contain carbohydrates and they play a massive role in a healthy diet. This means we should include starchy meals in most of our diet. These foods are as important to our diet like other aspects of diet.

Potatoes and carrots are a great source of fibre and vitamins. Starch contains fibre, calcium, icron and B vitamins.

Other foods such as wholegrain such as brown rice, whole-wheat pasta and brown, wholemeal or higher fibre white bread. They contain more fibre, and usually more vitamins and minerals than white varieties. Vitamins are really important in our diet because our body almost depends on vitamins, without vitamins we will become very tired, weak and unhealthy.

I Myself tried the diet that a actor should have for over a week, this included me wiping out fatty foods and foods which contained a high amount of oil. one of the diets I went on was a "all green diet" whereby i could only eat foods which were green such as fruit and vegtables. This was easy to do as not much of my diet had to be changed because i am already healthy and already eat fruit and vegtables. I also tried another diet technique called "slim fast". when on this diet i figured out 1,200 calories a day will come from three snacks (half a banana, a pear or a Slim-Fast Snack Bar, for example), two Slim-Fast meal replacements (a bar or a shake) and one 500-calorie meal I prepared.
