Colonial Administrators were people who went to Congo and enslaved the Congolese in order to get all the lands raw resources. They were awful people who beat the people, worked them to death, held them hostage, and the worst thing they also raped the women in order for them to reproduce and have more slaves.

They had manuals on how to use hostages for boosting rubber harvesting, Leon Rom had severed human heads in his garden, and lastly so many enriched their lives at the cost of other lives and dignity.
