More time can be catered to teaching and learning rather than spending time on managing the class. <br>- Restorative questioning, 1 on 1 rather than whole class approach, talk to them in the morning (the more you bond with them the more they will cooperate with you), affirmation, create targets for them, consistency (encourage them always and they will have a breakthrough one day), ask students to share their own experiences. </div>]]></description>
