In my diploma, ECE BC was highly recommended to join. I did so because I was enthusiastic but I don't know if I fully understand what the benefits were.

Well, they are here to protect and advocate for us ECE's working on the floor by using our voice in provincial meets with governements, post-secondary schools, licensing officers, and more.

No, because of the fees. I understand they are needed to keep ECE BC going, but with the wages so low, it is a barrier to ask for money.
