The number is still rising. People are either injured, burned, crushed, struck with debris or dead, if injured at all. The quake hit nearly 500 city blocks. At least 28, 000 buildings have destroyed including, but not limited to; the City Hall, thousands of houses and companies. Nothing is left but a few houses on the outskirts. The earthquake was just the beginning. Fires sprung up all over San Francisco.
